E-Coach Associates,
Inc. (ECA) is a New York State Corporation formed for one purpose --
to increase the quality and quantity of coaching available for
people at work. Our range of services focuses primarily on online
and mobile coaching applications that are suitable for everyone at
any time. We also offer executive coaching, facilitation, and
training as needed to support individual and organizational
development.
The ECA team includes account professionals, executive coaches, and
subject matter experts and it is managed by its three founders and
principals: Grace Ahrend, Fred Diamond, and Pat Gill Webber. All are
seasoned professionals focused on increasing individual and
