Assessments can be completed by the coach, the coachee, or both.  It can also be completed by other appropriate personnel.  However you do it, completing an assessment provides a sound basis for determining what areas of coaching support are needed.  To read a complete description of any dimension, click on the hyperlink.  (Note:  Links do not function in this demo, but the next slide shows a typical description of one dimension.)
