e-coach is simple and easy to use, and as such, it
does not require any training to use. There is a “Welcome”
section for first time users that is easy to access and read and can
quickly orient first-time users and answer questions they may have. In
addition,
e-coach has both a “Help” and a “Contact Us”
feature that provides assistance for those who may want it.
Training
for managers on how
to coach
others and to use e-coach to support the coaching and development needs
of others is available for a nominal fee (see fee question for how
much). We have found that this training can be of considerable help
in launching the
e-coach
process in an organization. We also offer a leadership program that is
appropriate for managers. It provides know how and practical approaches
for being a better leader of oneself, others, and the organization. And
it focuses on the use of coaching in being a leader. This program
offers an even more powerful way to support managers or leaders at any
level who will be using the tool.
