There is a reason why we
refer to e-coach
as “coaching for everyone.” It’s because it is inexpensive to use.
While typical professional coaches cost $25-50K per six-month period for
one person, e-coach
costs approximately a few hundred dollars a year for each
person. Costs vary by the number of people who have access (the more
people, the less per person per year) and the extent to which an
organization adds on other support services including training and
consulting. (Note: These additional costs can be billed either on a
fixed-price or consultant-day basis.) The more custom services that are
added, the higher the per-person cost will be. Here are some sample
