Why is e-coach needed?

 

Today most organizations are more concerned than ever with cost, and at the same time, they are also worried about performance.  e-coach is needed because it provides a way to address both of these major concerns.  The best way to improve performance is with coaching, and the only way to provide coaching for everyone in an organization for a reasonable price is with e-coach. With e-coach everyone can have access to – and benefit from – some coaching support – regardless of his or her experience level in the organization or experience.
